Downloader.MSCache virus!

I have tried a couple of methods to remove this virus from my system and nothing seems to work. I have a feeling that it cannot delete the .dll file because it is zipped in a file in my Temporary Internet Files folder.
Will it get rid of the virus if I simply delete the .zip file? Or should I unzip the file in order to let Norton delete it? I don't know what will work and what will cause the least amount of damage to my poor compie...

Hi Chikara,
Temporary Internet Files can be deleted via: ControlPanel>Internet Options>General page 'Delete Files' (including off-line content)
