Hi can anyone please help. I downloaded an update from HP, Samsung P120S SP2X04C Hard Disc drive firmware update and it turns out that I don't need it but now I can't remove it! Everytime I start windows that update pops up and tells me to enter y or N to update no matter what I press it doesn't leave my screen and I can't start windows normaly. I can only start in safe mode. I suck at computers and need some serious help from a cute computer geek!

If you think an over the hill fat balding computer geek is cute, then you really do need some help...but not from here. Are you giving the program enough time to start the download? Sometimes it will seem like it isn't doing anything but it actually is. Give it some time to work as it must contact home and set up the connection and then proceed with the download. I resemble that remark (or at least Mom used to say I was cute, anyway).... In any case, have you tried to uninstall it when booting to safe mode (similar to what lurkswithin suggests)?
