can someone tell me why my download speed dropped from around 40 to 20 or so? i know its not spyware. i formated the hard drive and installed windows 3 times and its still slow. after each install, i imidiatly add mcafee firewall. its not any differant then it was when it was at 40kb/sec. i have all updates also. whats going on?
