Hi!
Got an acer aspire 4920 with vista on it and want to downgrade to xp. tried installing xp initially but it didn't see the hard drive so I got the intel 82801 matrix storage drivers on a floppy and loaded them during setup and the setup completed successfully. Now however when it tries to load windows it gets so far and then blue screens, always with 0x0000007B which seems to be a problem with the device driver for the boot disk from what i can find on the net. Have read a few things about changing the sata setting in the bios but I don't have this option in this bios. Found a bios update on the acer website but that didn't give me any more options. Anybody got any ideas if there's anything else I can do please?
