Dowloads dont work

CPU/Ram: 500 128mb

Downloads dont work, It just always says 'Getting file information' and then says it has been unable to resolve the host. Could McAffee Internet Security 2003 have blocked downloads?

One way to find out is by disabling McAfee any trying to download something.

Perhaps you have tried this already?

Well, I have tried changing all the settings in McAfee and in Internet Explorer and it just wont work!
