I am thinking that if Access Database has an import feature to import an entire Excel spreadsheet into it, that oracle should have the same ability to import an entire excel spreadsheet into your database. In doing a google search just now I found several links that tell you how to do the import from Excel to Oracle.

NO NEED TO SHOUT!!!

As normajean said, a quick Google brings up loads of options - if you can't be bothered then that's up to you, but HERE is one hopeful link

By the sounds of it you are opening the excel file first to copy and paste but Oracle can just import the whole file at once. There were several links - just google "import excel to oracle" and choose any one of the links near the top. I don't know what version of Oracle you have so can't give you specific link. Include in your google search the version of Oracle you are using to fine tune the results.
