double load of application at Start

I use MemTurbo. Just upgraded from Win 98 to Win XP. Now, at startup, Win XP loads MemTurbo TWICE. I see the little icon for it side by side with an extra one in the tray on the lower right on botton toolbar--my verbiage here my be imprecise. Is there a way to load MemTurbo only once?
