Turbo Pascal is an ancient programming software. To begin with, did you successfully installed it while running XP?

If you want to EXPLORE [as with windows explorer]:

explorer c:\windows

If you want to get to the directory in a CMD prompt:

c:
cd c:\windows

Or you can make a batch file:

cd c:\windows
cmd

If at first you don't succeed, you're about average.
