I downloaded scorched earth v.1.5 from the 'net and it worked great on my computer. One day playing this game, I left to get a bite to eat, and came back to see the screen saver on. Somehow, when that happened, it changed something to now instead of the game using the full screen, it now has a little viewing area, but is wrapped around. i see the full screen in a little box, but the top half is replicated at the bottom of the screen too. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Option 1: Delete it, (download it agian), reinstall it.

Option 2: Rightclick the .exe file which starts that application and look if you can see something there... I thought that there was a line there, where you can see in what format it will be started.

Even though it sounds not that great, I'd go for option 1...

Or install Dosbox. I never used that yet, but it seems to be perfect for Windows XP with DOS applications.

Thanks for replying. I've deleted it and installed it a few times from different sources, even going to my dads to see if we still had the disk somewhere. I'll give dosbox a shot though. I couldn't find anything in the properties menu to help me out. Thanks again!!

When you rightclick the .exe file, you can select properties...

There would be a tab called Compatibility. You can check first there if everything stands normal.
But more usefull would be the Screen tab, since there you can say weather you want it to start in full screen or in a window.

And maybe it is wize to check out the Other tab, just to adjust the setting for the screensaver.

And if all of this above won't work, check the Programm tab to set the execute to another option.

I hope that I helped you with this.
