Yes, I know, another DOS emu post, but I want an emulator that WORKS. Not matter what I do, my dos applications do not work. They just shut down, no error message or anthing. The program will load up the program, fill the screen, then go back to windows and terminate the program with not message.

Many DOS emulators try to directly access hardware which is a big no no in NT based operating systems. Most systems have nice Windows based emulators now, except for a few like the Atari 2600 (there's StellaX but it has pathetic sound).
DOS is dead; I wish software authors would quit living in the past and stop writing old junk.

Have you tryed using a Win98 bootdisk? If your drive is ntfs you'll need to partition your drive so you can have a fat32 partition so that you can run/install the programs and games.

Many thanks to the likes of Matt who thinks DOS is dead. I have a small hard drive with DOS utilities on it which I use to restore computers with dead drives and recover data. I simply couldn't do this with a 32 bit operating system. DOS is the only tool for such jobs.
