I have an application which needs a specific date in order to execute properly
I have tested and found that if I roll my system date back to that date, it works fine. But then I need my date rolled back to normal current - to continueSo I figured - I could use a batch file to which I can map a shortcut and when the batch file runs it does the following
1. Roll Back The Date,
2. Change to the directory of the application i want to run
3. START that application
4. Put the date back to current system timeMy problem is that I have forgotten how to get this done.... I have a batch test file which does points 1-3. But thats as far as I have gotten.
Any suggestion would be superb
I have seen the truth....and it makes no sense

Description from here
Date Changer is a FREEWARE utility that lets you automatically change the system date before a particular program is launched. The program is intended to help you run Y2K-non-compliant software, by fooling the program at start-up with a different date. You may use this free of charge.
