Window won't load for me. All I get is my wallpaper and my mouse shows up also. I can get into some files by ctrl delete and browsing, but I'm really not sure what's going on. If any of you could help, it would be great.

We'd love to help; just need a bit more background.

What changes (if any) did you make to your PC before the problems arose? I say problems rather than issues, because when your computer's giving you a hard time, it's not an issue--it's a PROBLEM. 8-)

Just jot down and send a thumbnail sketch of what you were doing on your PC immediately before the problems arose.

Sincerely, Solarian
