Hi, I have am a student and have a laptop conneted to a domain at school. I also have a network setup at home, i recently download a prgram called netswitcher and before i changed anything i saved all my school settings and connected it to my home network (not on domain). I have gone back to school and tried to re-connect it, but every time i set xp to connect to the domain i get an error access denied. I can use the intranet and access the internet but cannot logon to the domain, thus not allowing me to get maped netowork drives or logon to netowrk computers

Have you tried uninstalling netswitcher? If so, do a system restore to some point before you installed the software.

you can't simply re add a pc to a domain, even if it's previously been attached. you require a domain admin account to do so. contact your IT support and tell them what you did, they'll hook it up in about 30 seconds.
