so ya know that annoying screen you get on your computer when you CAN NOT access the internet, the "Page can not be displayed one"? well i am trying to customize that htm file. the path is shown as "C:\Windows\System32\Shdoclc.DLL\DNSERROR.htm"
Now i tryed to find that htm file and it is not possible at all. And when i tryed to edit the DLL file, well that just aint happening. Does anyone have any ideas on this or informatiON?
