when running dmg2iso.exe i get an "inflation error". does anyone know what that means? and how i can fix it anytime soon?

it gets partition zero - two fine, then on three it gets the error.

You could try using Winimage instead.

A corrupted DMG file maybe?

Many compression schemes use some type of file test. Before the file is uncompressed the original data is checked. I agree with ham30 that the file is damaged somehow.

It would make sense to compress data even if there is little change. It saves the end user from using what they really should be using. MD5 checksums are one of the best ways to insure files are transfered correctly.
