dmboot.sys is corrupted...!

I have a fairly new P4 Intel original Mobo based system, which worked fine for 2 months, though i had to re-install Windows quite sometimes till i got a good UPS.. :P Now, suddenly, the OS crashed, and I get an error "DMBOOT.sys is corrupted, press any key to restart" when ever I try to re-install windows. I've even done a Low Level Formatting of my HDD and tried using 2 different Win XP cds.. but can't get to work..!! :( pls help me ASAP..! help appreciated..! jsmonu@gmail.com jsmonu at gmail do' com..! thanks.

After googleing, I found this.

While Googleing for answers I found this thread.
I was receiving the error "the file dmboot.sys is corrupt" during installation of Windows XP. Turns out upon further investigation one of the two CD drives wasn't showing up in the BIOS. After removing the drive that didn't register the install went fine.
