DLL Library missing

Some programs I try to run like Yahoo messanger I get an error message missing dll library cant find..well it cant find something. Its on a different computer..It dont say what dll's are missing or where they belong. So how do i figure that one out and reinstall them off the windows disk? Thanks

Reinstall the application that is causing the problem. You wont find DLLs for Yahoo Messenger on the Windows disk.
