when I start photoshop 7, I get the messge"this application has failed to start because DECO_32dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem". I tried reinstalling photoshop and system restore but I still get the message. when I click ok on the message, photoshop loads without a problem. Any suggestions? Where can I find this lost dll file?
