Dlink router drops connection

hi guys, i got a d-link DI-642 router a month or two back, and now it randomly just looses connection ( like in xp it shows network connection has been disconnected, and then couple seconds later it comes back on) what the heck is giong on?

It sounds like you have a loose connection someplace.
