distorted and deformed graphics

hi there...im having some problem whit my pc.. i think is because of the video card.., but donīt know.

when i open a window i can see that the lines are a litlle deformed at down ... and this happend not just whit windows i open but whit any aplication.. even whit the start menu... the other problem his game stoping and forcing a wondows restart...

the card is ndivia tnt2 model 64..i already update the last drivers( windows xp)..it ainīt work...

anyone knows what is .?.. could it be any virus or is the card that is " diying" ?

First check your bios settings and what is recomended for the card at the nvdia site.

let us know if settings are ok and if that might have solved your problem.
