dissapearing display icon in taskba

some call it system tray. After I did a xp recovery my ATI display icon is not showing up
anymore. I looked in taskbar customize, but its not in there either. Please help.

What prompted the restore? The Icon can be replaced but you don't really need it. simply right click an empty spot on the screen and select properties> settings> advanced. Should take you to the same screen.

xp went corrupt. After I did the recovery I no longer get that display icon. Also it may not be the correct version of ATI driver X700, because I no longer can get 1200 x 600 mode.
Wich was perfect for looking at photo albums.
If Iset at 800 x 600 pics look like they are
stretched, if I set at 1280 x 800 theyr too small.

My notebook only came with recovery disks, not actual xp setup disks which may have the correct driver on them.
