Hi everyone,

I updated the drivers to my ATI Vivo 64MB DDR video card and now I only have two options for the display settings. I can either have 800 By 600 or 1024 By 768. I remember there used to be another in between selection, but I forget what it was. Anyway, one of the applications I use works better with 1024 By 768. It's too small for me and hurts my eyes. Does anyone know of any driver that would give me more display settings that are in between 800 By 600 and 1024 By 768?

Thanks,
Veets

Try rolling back driver in device manager > hardware.

You might want to try right clicking on the desktop, select Properties, then the Settings tab, At the bottom of this screen should be an Advanced button, select this and in the window that opens select the Adapter tab. In the bottom section of this box should be a button that says 'List All Modes...', Click this button and a box should appear with all possible modes to select. HTH

Also if it is just the font size that causes you pain you might try increasing the font size on the General tab in the above Advanced window.

Good Luck

Hi,

Thanks for everyone's input. I tried rolling back the drivers but it didn't work. A friend of mine had me try Omega Driver and they had their own rendition for my ATI card. That worked!! Thanks to all of you for your help!
