Each time I turn on my pc or come back from standby my display properties are reset to default so i have to go to the settings and adjust the resolution. This is the case for all users on the pc. Can I do anything so my system remembers my preferred resolution?

from another post:

go into the display properties... then go to settings tab and click the advanced button on the bottom... now, go to the monitor tab and see if "reset display on suspend/resume" is checked... if so, then this may be your prob....

Good Luck
