The left 1/3 side of my laptop display is white with 'folder tasks, other places, and details (pull down menus included).. I can NOT figure out how to make my screen display the whole background.. I have tried everything in the display properties and nothing removes that 1/3 part of the background.. it is NOT present any other time, like in the screen saver mode or using the computer.
any help please..
thanks franbarb

You can make an easy access to folder options by placing it in your toolbar, click view, toolbars, customize and under the available toolbars highlight folder options and click add and the folder options icon will be on the toolbar. Glad you got it fixed
