Display is distorted

I touched a button on my computer and the screen has changed horizontally please tell me what button to press on my keypad to restore my computer to the normal view.

Try this, hold down the CTRL, ALT and UP (arrow) keys. Or if that dos'nt work, CTRL, ALT and SIDE (arrow) keys.

does it not give you a choice of screen by right clicking on the bar across the bottom. You should get a down menu to select from
