my problem is with a display adapter. Manufactered by sis 530/620. Location: PCI bus 1. Device status: THIS DEVICE CANNOT START ( code 10). If any one can please tell me how to get rid of this corruption I have tried several things such as uninstalling and reinstall just keeps putting same corruption back in. Computer sees the USB ports but says it has no drivers. Thanks, Denise

Hi Denise,
2 questions....
1.make sure there there is not a IRQ conflict, or hardware problem.(see Device Manager)
2.go here http://www.sis.com/support/index.html and look for the correct updated driver.

you could also try a driver uninstallation or roll back the drivers to a previous state.

hope this helps.

Thanks Robert , I was unable to get any help from SIS and might I add when I get a new motherboard it will not have sis products in it. The device manager told me it was the sis part that was corrupt. only way I found to get it fixed was to go back in time. It is still corrupt but my cam is back online. Saving for a new Mobo ! Thanks for your help ! have a great day !
