i tried using diskeeper 9 pro to boot time defrag my computer fully, and during the process, on stage 4 moving data files, it gets stuck at 99% complete. it's been like this for hours....anyone got any idea what's going on? please help.

I know this was problematic in version 8.0 so I would not even have used it in 9.0...this isn't a necessary process anyway. Can you stop it? maybe reboot or something and then consult Executive who has some pretty decent tech support if it is stuck!

decent tech support huh? i'll try that out. i don't really wanna stop it cause well, the busy light/sound is still on, so it's doing something..if i stop it it might mess up my files hehe. well i'll call them and see what they say.

ya this ain't good.. i only have the trialware version.. no good tech support there :( well does anyone think stopping the process while it is still working on something is wise? I mean i'm really not being impatient, it's been 99% for at least 3 hours.
