After disabling system restore on all drives, is there any else I can do to free even more disk space?

You can do this:
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup

-""-""-""-"">Disk Defragmenter

Also:
Start>run>cmd>chkdsk /f
You may be prompted to restart PC - Restart it.

Removing old programs can free up some space as well.

Thanks for any input.

You do not need to turn off System Restore. This
will remove all but the latest Restore Point ---

Turning off system restore and rebooting the computer will remove all of the restore points from your drive. You can run Disk Cleanup to free additional space or run CCleaner which in my opinion does a better cleanup the Disk Cleanup.
