I have the disk ordered for security updates at least 1 year old, is there another disk to cover all the masive updates of XPSP2, Just in case I have to reinstall, is this available.

You can make one. Just pull the updates you want from Windows Update Catalog and burn them to a disk (or slip-stream them into a real WinXP CD).

Or wait patiently for XP SP3 to be available first half CY2008. This SP3 will incorporate all previous XP Service Packs plus the 90 or so post-SP2 updates. I predict M$ will have to re-write this MSKB for SP3 as it may not work for everybody (nothing ever does anyway).
