Disk drive error..

CPU/Ram: Intel Pentium 4, 512MB of
Product: HP
Comment:

Whenever I start my computer and log on, I get this error message: "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive ." There is the option to Continue, Try again, or Cancel. If I Continue or Cancel, my PC works fine anyway. If I click 'Try again', the error just comes up again.

Please help. I've already found some help here for another problem I had. I just wondered if anyone knew anything about this one.

possibly looking floppy ia A: drive to boot computer,

might check cmos (DEL) button, for boot settings, if set at A:C: CDROM:, use C: A: CDROM:,

check system information for more results,
also check device manager,

bofra, the computer is not looking for a floppy to boot from, bekah said that the error comes up after shes already logged on.

bekah: check start>programs>startup for any program that might be asking for a floppy. If you find it and dont need it go ahead and delete.
