Disk Defragmentor Error

Hi...
I installed Diskeeper 7 to try it and then I deleted it, but when I try to access the Disk Defragmentor that was built in Windows, I get "Snap in failed to initialize. Name: Disk Defragmentor. CLSID {...weired number....} and when I press OK, it opens the application with this message in it: Snap in Creation Failed ..........(similar message to the above)
I ran the recovery console under chkdsk /r, but I did not fix it...

Try running the following command:
SFC /SCANNOW
This is the system file checker and it should find and replace any missing or invalid files.

Just curious, but why did you uninstall Disk Keeper 7? It is highly more capable of doing what you need since its the company that made the windows defrag program. I have it and it has done what windows defrag could not, and in 1/4 the time.
