What's a good Defragmenter and it's free without evalution period? Does anyone know where i can get that? By the way is Diskeeper 7.0 good?

Don't know about Diskeeper but I am using Norton System Works, it is an total package...Utilities, Virus,Clean Sweep, etc.
I have had very good results using it.
