disk cleanup registry key

CPU/Ram: p-2.26/512 ddr

Does anyone know where the registry key is for disk cleanup? Suddenly it shows cleanup of the win98/me files from a previous installation. They were deleted long ago. If I delete them it it deletes parts of XP big time.
