In XP pro I was able to disable user accounts from one of those Administrative Tools things. So it just hides the user name from the Login Menu instead of deleting it. Is there a way to do this in XP Home?

Thank you.

Click on CONTROL PANEL, click on USER ACCOUNTS, then follow the prompts.

Mis-understood, my mistake. You'll need TweakUI; it has the option you're looking for.
