Disabling User Accounts in XP Home

In XP pro I was able to disable user accounts from one of those Administrative Tools things. So it just hides the user name from the Login Menu instead of deleting it. Is there a way to do this in XP Home? Thank you.

Click on CONTROL PANEL, click on USER ACCOUNTS, then follow the prompts. Solarian
