Disabling system files change alert

Hi again, I've installed flyakite OSX to have the mac os x look in my pc, but now, every tiem i enter to my administrator account a message appears alerting me that system files has been changed and ask me if i want to keep this strange files, i agree but once i restart the message appears again. So... i need a tweak to make dissapear this alerting. could you help me?
How to disable this alerting.

try uninstalling Flyakite and then reinstall it again.
