Disabling start menu links for limi

Specs: 2003, dual 2.8
This is in regards to a local machine with no domain. When a new new user is created their profile is copy from the 'Default User' folder plus the 'All Users' folder. My problem is that I do no want the limited users to have access to all the program links in the 'All Users' folder. How can I delete these links with out affecting every user on that local machine? Can I configure different start menu's for different users?

I guess I figured it out. I can backup the 'All Users' folder then copy the program links to the individual profile folders and then delete the program links I do not want distributed to all other user profiles through the 'All User' folder.

You can get ideas from this:

The Desktop that a User sees comes from two folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop
and
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Desktop

Where username denotes your User Account configured on the computer.

The Start Menu a User sees comes from two folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
and
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs

Where username denotes your User Account configured on the computer.

That may remove the programs from the program list, but the users will still be able to run the executables unless you change the file permissions.

yeah...It an account for my girlfriend and is not that important. I just don't want them showing up on the all programs menu. I think I will do it the way I stated above. Thanks for the replies!
