Comment:

MsPMSPSv.exe is an unecessary update function for MS Media Player.

I always disable it through the Windows Task manager whenever I start my computer.

Is there a media player setting or registry edit that would disable this funtion.

Is there a similar solution to get rid of the MDM.exe function.

May want to check in the Startup tab of msconfig
and uncheck them.

Start,
Run,
then type

msconfig
