Hi there,
I have some troubles with a ethernedcard, which I would like to disable. When I inserts the card, it's automaticly installed - then I go and takes the "do not use this device" in the device manager. However - since this card screws up the PC, I got to take a system restore, wich just enables the card again...

Is there anyway to do a systemrestor, while leaving this PCIcard disabled ?

I bet it is a netgear card. Just take the card out of the machine and remove it from the device manager. If it aint in the pci slot, the computer wont recognize it try to install it.
