disable/enable proxy IE button

OS: WinXP SP2
CPU/Ram: Pentium III, 256 mbs ram

I need an internet explorer button for enabling/disabling the proxy set in my dial-up settings (Tools->Internet Options->Connections>Settings).

There are some buttons out there, but they only disable the proxy in the lan settings of IE, while I connect to the internet directly, not through a router, so this is not helpful at all

proxypal only enables and disables the lan proxy, that's what I meant, I use dialup, not lan to connect to the net
