I went through the list of serivices and disabled Remote Procedure Call Locator, SSDP Discovery services, Upload Manager and Windows Time. It now takes about 8 minutes to boot my PC and so I went pback to enable them, but place them in manual, I can't It does not allow me the option(greyed out). How do I go back?
