This is my g/f PC. She works for a law firm and when she is not at work she logs on remotely to her pc in work to check for emails and other stuff.
I was trying to work on her firewall settings but there is a group policy applied to it witch is not letting me log on remotely to this PC from other PC's on my LAN.
Her job has 2003 Server small Busines edition. I belive one of the times that she logged on remotely to her PC in work checked the option of "Private PC"
Is there a way how to disable that group policy or deleted?

Thank you all for your time.

Do you know what you are asking for? Try it and have her get fired for breaching with the law firm's internet security policy. Are you willing to feed her & pay her bills too on a permanent basis?

In that case the only person who can really help her out is the IT manager at her place of work.

No one at any public forum will be able to help you out. It's against the acceptable rules and terms for posting, which is why I suggested that your girl friend speak directly to the IT manager.

As I was saying before her place of work has no rights whats so ever to control her firewall settings, internet settings, disk managment and what ever else that group policy is not allowing her to do.
Again this is a PERSONAL PC used only for her personal needs. Thank you any way

The Group Policy would NOT effect your girlfriend's machine at home. GPO only apply to computers added to a Domain that enforces the particular Policy.

Have you tried using "gpedit.msc" to see if it's just a setting that was pushed down at some point in time (maybe she uses a VPN conenction they need to make sure is secure)? Try editing the local policy and see if you can reverse whatever unwanted change you're tlaking about.
