Recently, I bought a Netgear LAN Drive. However, whenever I boot up my computer, the system will detect the hard disk, and try to read it (even though I don't need to access it). Is it possible to disable the system to automatically try to read the hard disk? If so, how?

Check BIOS boot order, remove Boot On LAN or Boot Other Device from the list.
