i have a system with a p4 1.7 ghz processor,128 mb ddr ram,40gb seagate harddisk and an onboard 4x agp graphics card.the card is s3 pro savage ddr which i guess is direct x compatible.however when i install and play games like project igi ,just before the game starts there is an error message that says: Fatal error. could not create surface. directx error message DDERR_INVALIDPARAMS. i have even downloaded the latest drivers for it.i installed directx 8.1 repeatedly but the problem persists.i have 2 OSs windows xp and 98se installed on separate partitions.nothing works.can u please help me?do you know any site that has direct x compatible drivers for s3 pro savage ddr?if yes then please give me the details
