Hi I am running windows XP which has Directx8.1 installed as standard however i recently got jedi academy which requires DirectX9 to be instaled. When I try to install it I get an error message saying "This version of DirectX is not compatible with the version of windows currently installed on the system" I am assured I have a legal version of windows so dont know were the problem is. I have tried multiple sources for the installation including microsofts website, but all the installations fail. I cannot find any one who seems to know how to solve this, so please help.
