Director Player Error: String Expected <void> Script Error Continue?

I get this towards the end of installing my modem. I recently had the "Blue Screen of Death" sadly, so I had to reinstal Windows XP. Installation of that went smoothly as usual, until it came to installing my modem. I tried contacting my isp and they say my modem is working fine, and Dell is not helpign due to my Warranty being out of date. Any tips/fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Oh boy.....You should probably get a good WIN XP install first...THEN....Look in...
1. Right Click 'My Computer'
2. Click 'Properties'
3. Click 'Hardware'
4. Click 'Device Manager'
See if you see any yellow '!'...
This should at least tell you any drivers that need to be installed.....
You can go from there......
Any more help???
Post back....
I hope I can help more.....

Thank you for the reply. I did what you said and I indeed do have have things in yellow. Other Devices ---> Ethernet Controller, Multimedia Audio Controllerx2, PCI Modem, Video Controller, Video Controller(VGA Compatible)

EDIT: Things are working now, only yellow drive is the Multimedia Audio Controller (One of them got fixed)
