Hi! I have a digital camera(Visioneer MX 230)and what I don't understand is,that I have a 32 MB card in there and have some pictures taken, some time ago.Today I took some pictures, previewed them on the camera and they are all there, but when I used the card reader to view them on my computer,I can only locate and see the earlier taken pictures, but not the new ones.Checked them again on my camera and they are all there!Did I do something wrong or did I miss something? Your suggestions are greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!
Matthew.

Did you ever try just transfering the pics to your PC via USB cable? I do both ways and it works great. That way you don't have to be bothered with pulling the card in and out of your cam. XP recognizes a USB product and installs the drivers, you can d/l them to your PC and also empty the cam real easy.

The photos on the camera memory chip must be saved to the removable card to make them available for PC use. Just one step you missed. Put the card back and save to the removable.

Hi Before you try anything else make sure the photos are not in different folders on the card. I don't know your camera but if you check your manual it will tell you how to tell if they are in different folders and how to change folder setting for copying. good luck Stewart

Bit of a wit....half to be precise.
