What is the Diffrence Between 4GB DDR3 Memory and 4GB of Ram?

4GB is "How much", quantity. 4GB "DDR3" same quantity, specificied RAM speed. DDR>DDR2>DDR3. Slowest to fastest. There is nothing to learn from someone who already agrees with you.
