I recently noticed a few issues with my comp.. whenever I try to load limewire, it just gives the limewire loading box, but it doesn't load anything. Just sits there till I get an error. I've uninstalled, downloaded Java (was a suggestion), still doesnt work.
Utorrent/Bittorent will not download anything. Despite the seeders/leechers, just the red arrow. And, I've had issues connection to different game servers. I ran combofix to see if it was malware, it cleaned up a lot, but I still had problems. I'm not sure whats going on with my comp, its usually organized/cleaned regularly. I've scanned my comp with AVG, it found nothing. Any advice/help is appreciated.

Those programs that you mention are "server" programs, they require Internet connections that have certain ports opened. If you have a router, these ports may be closed, if so, go into your router settings and forward the ports needed.
Also, check your firewall settings.

Thats the thing, Limewire worked fine untill recently. Now it doesnt load up the UI at all. I just get the loading box-thing (and it doesn't load anything). And I never opened any ports for Utorrent and it ran fine with 75kbps download speeds. Now I can't log into Yahoo or MSN, Only Xfire - Another IM program. And everything enabled under my firewalls. I don't get it.

Fox the reaper,
First off, try uninstalling limewire and installing it back.
Such programs use various files to work properly, and if a "critical" file is lost, they show up such behavior.Technology Bytes Plus

Yes I have tried that, many times, but thank you HelpingGuy123.
Solution was: System restore to a previous point before it happened, and everything works again.
