diff default apps for diff users

is it possible to set up different default programs for a certain file type (mp3) for different xp users
i use musicmatch to play mp3s and so that started up on my sisters logon whenever shedouble clicks a file. i dont want this because i want musicmatch for me and its not possible to install multiple instances of it.
any suggestions of how i cant work around this? my ead urts =/
