No difference at all. Corp. Edition does not have to be activated by Microsoft, whereas all other do.

Corporate addition has a license that when purchased allows you to legally install it on X number of machines without having to acquire individual licenses for each computer and activate it. So if your business had 25 machines, if you bought a corporate edition with a 25 machine license, you could install the same windows with the same key on all 25 machines or do an automated network install without having to mess with the installation. Other than that its the same operating system.
